Availability on the web is not a commercial-use licence. Every published image needs verifiable rights evidence.

Image selection

We prioritise original material and institutional images explicitly marked Public Domain, CC0 or openly licensed. Each asset keeps its title, maker, date, accession number, source page, rights label and verification record.

Quotation and republication

Exhibition and news sources are paraphrased for necessary facts rather than copied at length. Installation views, contemporary works and book covers are not treated as reusable merely because they appear in the news. Quotations from our original writing should identify the author, article and source URL; uses beyond reasonable quotation require permission.

Rights corrections

Rights holders may submit the work record and supporting evidence through LUYI ARTS' verified public profile. A disputed asset may be temporarily removed while it is reviewed, then corrected or withdrawn as the evidence requires.
